【Dosage and Use】
0.01-0.015% O.W.F
Optimum dosage as per lab trials and making adjustment based on the concentration of hydrogenperoxide in water.
【Formulation Guidelines】
CA-600 is highly concentrated catalase. It can be easily reformulated toready-to-used liquid catalase products. Detailed dilution guidelines for CA-600 are available upon request.
【Process】
1. Drain the used oxygen bleaching solution.
2. Wash with cold water once, then add cold water to the bath ratio suitable for dyeing.
3. Adding acid to neutralize, controlling PH to 4 - 11, and temperature below 70 ℃.
4. If it is used on continuous equipment or in some cases where the processing time is not easy tobe too long,the dosage can be appropriately increased, and there is no risk of overuse of thisproduct.
5. After running for 5 - 15 minutes, you can check whether hydrogen peroxide is completelydecomposed (you can use MDRCK hydrogen peroxide test paper to check ).
6.Continue the dyeing process in the same bath, at which time the PH value needs to be neutral.
【Storage】
Keep it cool, ventilated, and the temperature should be less than 27°C. Avoid direct sunlight.
【Safe Guarding】
If irritation is noted, immediately flush eyes with a directed steam of water for at least 15 minutes, while forcible eyelids apart to ensure complete irrigation of all eye and lid tissue.
